Graduated with top marks at the italian conservatoire "Giuseppe Nicolini" in Piacenza in Maria Laura Groppi´s class, Giulia attended master classes with Luciana Serra to specialise in the belcanto and coloratura arias (Rossini, Donizetti, Verdi) and with Juliane Banse on the german repertoire (Mozart, Strauß, Berg).
In 2015 Giulia pursued her academic studies in playing the organ attending a Master of Music in Stefan Johannes Bleicher´s class at the University of Arts in Trossingen, Germany.
Currently Giulia is specialising on Singing Stage Performance at the University of Arts in Zürich in Sebastian Geyer´s class.
Origins
Giulia took her first piano and singing lessons in Cremona and benefited from the many musical impulses of the Italian city with the longest violinmaking tradition, where Antonio Stradivari and Giuseppe Guarneri worked so notable. Her first professional performances as an organist took place in the church of Santa Maria Assunta in Trevozzo, on the antique "Bossi" organ built in 1775 and also played by Giuseppe Verdi as a child.
